Hands-on ImageJ workshop that will teach you to be in control of your microscopy images
ImageJ workshop comes again!
ImageJ is a freely available image processing program used in research institutions around the world. If you are a scientist who takes plenty of microscopy images but is not sure how to process and present them in a thesis/publication, this is a workshop for you. The workshop will be a hands-on session and will cover basic operations in ImageJ including setting scale bars, removing background, resizing, accelerating the workflow by batch processing the images (in “a stack”) any many more.
This workshop is a hands-on session, so please bring your own laptops.
An email with instructions how to download ImageJ software and any additional information will be sent to the attendees before the workshop.
